Emory Douglas created the visual identity for the Black Panther Party. This video shows a highlight reel of his background and career as a designer. To create the retro newsprint and graffiti aesthetic, I used Photoshop and Illustrator to collage images from archives of Emory Douglas’s work and a combination of After Effects and Premiere to create the video.
